Our full time curriculum includes an extensive finance module which unlike any other chefs school in the country is delivered to our students directly by professional Chartered Accountants. This allows our students to understand the importance of effective menu costings and how to accurately calculate profit percentages, as well as how to maintain an effective stock management system. During this module our students are also required to team up and put together a business plan which many of them have gone on to successfully implement after graduating and begin a business venture of their own.

When it comes to learning how to turn a meal into a masterpiece, students are given only the finest ingredients to experiment with from foie gras and Iranian cavier to Belgian couverture chocolate and Italian truffles. This allows students to come into contact with a range of high quality tastes and textures that will prepare them for their career in a five star kitchen. Our chefs school also offer a range of part time cooking classes for food enthusiasts to enjoy.
