Our high quality curriculum includes both practical cooking lessons and theory to ensure our students are trained in all aspects of the profession.
Our full time curriculum covers various areas of working in a top restaurant. During their cooking lessons our students are provided with only the finest ingredients available on the market to experiment with. This also allows them to familiarise themselves with the various flavours and textures that they will come into contact with daily in a five star restaurant. Students are then able to put their cooking skills to the test in our onsite restaurant, Prue Leiths. Under the watchful eyes of our expert chefs it is our students who are left to impress the diners with their newly acquired skills, turning every meal into a masterpiece.
At the Academy we are constantly monitoring our high standards of education to ensure that we are always up to date with the culinary industry.
