At the academy our students are also trained in the business side of funning a restaurant. Our finance module is delivered by professional Chartered Accountants and covers topics such as menu costings, stock management and the calculating of profit percentages. During this module students are also required to team up and put together a business plan after which many of our students have gone on to successfully implement and begin business ventures of their own.
