Our culinary course material is constantly monitored to ensure that we cover all that is required by the industry. Our students are supplied with only the finest ingredients available to experiment with so that they may become accustomed to high quality tastes and textures. Our entire culinary curriculum is based on the classical French method and also includes an in depth finance module which demonstrates to our students the importance of stock management, menu costings and profit percentages. We are the only school of our kind in the country where this module is delivered to our students directly by a professional Chartered Accountant.

Students put their skills to the test in our onsite demonstration kitchen and restaurant, Prue Leith’s. Under the watchful eyes of our expert chefs, it is our students who have the responsibility of impressing our diners with their newly acquired cooking abilities.
