Culinary School

Many of our culinary school students have gone on to work in world famous restaurants around the globe for celebrity chefs like Jamie Oliver, the Roux brothers and Gordon Ramsay. Taught with only the finest ingredients, students are given the opportunity to experiment with a variety of tastes, textures and flavours that will not only make a dish deliciously tasty, but visually tantalizing too. This is to ensure that one day when our students go on to work in five star restaurants, that they understand the unique concepts of five star ingredients. Our curriculum is also constantly monitored to ensure that we keep inline with industry standards. This not only keeps us at the top of our game, but ensures that our students remain highly sought after too. One of our proudest accolades is the regular appearance of ‘Prue Leith graduates only’ job adverts in the classifies.

Students are also exposed to the business side of running a professional kitchen in their finance module and we are the only school in the country where this highly inclusive module is delivered directly by Chartered Accountants. During this module students are also required to team up and put together a business plan. We have seen many of our students go on to successfully implement their plans and start a business of their own.
