Our students are introduced to both the theoretical and practical sides of working in a professional kitchen. All of our courses feature various five star recipes for students to master as well as modules focussing on service and the financial elements of working in a five star restaurant. We are also the only school of our kind in the country to have our inclusive finance module delivered to our students directly by a professional Chartered Accountant. This teaches our students the importance of effective stock management, accurate profit percentages and menu costings. As part of this module students are also required to team up and put together a business plan, after which many have gone on to successfully implement themselves.
