Our full time curriculum covers both the theoretical and practical sides of working in top restaurant and is based on the traditional French method of cooking.
Since opening our doors to aspiring chefs in 1997, many of our students have gone on to work in famous kitchens around the world under celebrity chefs like Gordon Ramsay, the Roux brothers and Jamie Oliver. We supply all of our students with only the finest local and international sourced ingredients available so that they may become familiar with high quality tastes and textures. We are constantly monitoring the content of our professional chefs training courses to ensure that we remain up to date with the industry’s requirements. We believe it is very important for us to develop with the times in order to keep our students highly sought after in the culinary world.
Our students are also given the opportunity to put their skills to the test in our fully equipped demonstration kitchen and onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s. Voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country, it is our students who are left to impress our diners under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs.
