Good Restaurants

Our academy has been behind many successful chefs careers with many of our students now working in famous kitchens around the world for chefs like Gordon Ramsay, the Roux brothers and Jamie Oliver. However, our students aren’t the only sought after thing in the culinary industry. Our onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s, has attracted fine diners from across the globe as one of the few good restaurants left in the area. Voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country, it is at Prue Leith’s where under the watchful eyes of our professionals chefs, our students put their newly acquired culinary skills to the test. Students are given fine ingredients to cook with which allows them to experiment with various tastes and textures.

Our curriculum also includes a finance module which demonstrates to our students all of the important aspects of running a professional kitchen. We are also the only school of our kind in the country where this module is delivered by Chartered Accountants.
