Our full time and part time catering courses are both highly acclaimed in the industry and offer all of our students the opportunity to gain a wealth of knowledge and experience to prepare them for a career in the culinary industry. Our students are given high quality ingredients to experiment with from Belgian couverture chocolate and Italian truffles to Iranian caviar and French frog’s legs. Our aim is to expose our students to a range of local and international tastes and flavours so that they can become familiar with them before going on to work in a top restaurant. Our students are able to practice their skills in our fully equipped demonstration kitchen which is also home to our onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s.
If you are looking to do a once off cooking class, the academy also offers a range of short cooking courses. These range from bread making, pastry and baking to perfecting a dinner party menu and exploring the world of chocolate.
