Our Patisserie Diploma consists of a three month, full time course. Based on classic French training and modern techniques, you will also do a finance module in order to gain a better understanding of how to make a profit from making pastries. The intensive course is long enough to develop confidence and skills and also offers students the ability to move straight into employment after successfully completing the course. Students are also supplied with only the finest ingredients to experiment with in order to familiarise them with a variety of high quality tastes and textures. All of our lecturers are experts in their individual fields and deliver a highly sought after curriculum to all of our students.
