Our restaurant has attracted fine diners from all over the world with reservations being made well in advance to book a table.

Our part time Diploma in Culinary Studies at our academy includes various modules such as hot and cold kitchens, service and pastry. The length of the course is 12 months, allowing students the convenience of studying and earning a living at the same time. For the practical cooking side of our courses our students are supplied with only the finest ingredients available to experiment with. Full time students will then put their newly acquired culinary skills to the test in our fully equipped demonstration kitchen and onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s. Voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country and a top restaurant in Centurion too, it is our students who cook up a storm in the kitchen under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs.

Prue Leith’s is also an ideal location for teambuilding activities. We have various options available for events which include our kitchens of the world menu feasts, potjiekos teambuilding, a wine and poetry evenings as well as a pastry and wine evening.
