All of our chef courses have been developed with the industry in mind with our full time curriculum consists of both theoretical and practical training. All of our all professional lecturers are experts in their individual culinary fields. Students are supplied with only the best ingredients available to experiment with from Belgian chocolates and Italian truffles to French frog’s legs and Iranian Caviar. This is to ensure that when they go on to work in top restaurants around the world, they understand the concept of high quality flavours and textures. Our full time students also undergo an extensive finance module which will demonstrate to them the business aspects of working in a top restaurant.
Our onsite restaurant, Prue Leith’s, was voted as one of the top 100 restaurants in the country. It has also become very popular local diners and is now also a top restaurant in Centurion. We are very proud of our students who do all the cooking in the restaurant, under the watchful eyes of our professional chefs of course.
